You verify, we go live

You complete Google's owner verification (we guide you), point your domain at the site, and you are live. Care plan clients: we keep it current from there.

Questions

Why do I have to verify the Google profile myself?

Google only lets the owner verify a business, usually by video call, postcard or phone at the new location. We set everything up and walk you through it step by step, but the verification itself has to be you. Once it is verified, you add us as a manager (not an owner) so we can finish the profile. You can remove us at any time.

How do refunds work?

Full refund any time before work starts, no questions asked. Once we start, you still get one round of changes. If we miss the turnaround we promised, tell us and we refund the order.

Do I own the website and the domain?

Yes. The domain is registered in your name and paid by you (usually about $10 to $20 a year at a registrar like Cloudflare or Namecheap). The site files are yours too. If you leave the care plan, we hand them over with simple instructions to keep hosting them.

What do you need from me?

Reply to one short intake email: your business name, address, phone, hours, what you sell or offer, a few photos (phone photos are fine), and your logo if you have one. That takes most owners 10 minutes.

When does the clock start?

Turnaround is counted in business days from when we have your intake answers and photos. GBP setup: 3 business days. One-page site: 7 business days.

Do I need the care plan?

No. It is optional. Without it, your site is handed over and you host it yourself (Cloudflare Pages is free for a page like this). With it, we host it, keep your hours and details current, and post to your Google profile twice a month.

Can you guarantee I rank first on Google Maps?

No one honestly can. We make sure your profile and site are complete, correct and consistent, which is what Google rewards, and we never buy reviews or use fake listings.

How did you hear about my business?

New-business permits and certificates of occupancy are public records. We watch them in San Antonio, Raleigh-Durham and Fayetteville, AR so we can offer help right when you are opening.
